Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels and Airbnb's in Estes park, and we've reserved a hotel block for guests; please reference our recommendations in the Travel and Lodging tab. You are also welcome to stay outside of Estes Park or in the greater Denver area, just know that you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we love your kiddos, due to limited space, we are not able to have kids attend. We apologize as we would love to have everyone join, but thank you for understanding.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: ladies, think cocktail dresses and dressy jumpsuits, earthy tones and floral patterns welcome. Men, think suits, sport coats, and slacks. No denim please!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please call out any food restrictions when you RVSP. We should be prepared to meet all dietary restrictions.

Can I drive to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available if you choose to drive to the venue. If you prefer not to drive, we will have a shuttle provided from Estes Park to the wedding venue, and returning after the reception.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

It's up to you! If you want the freedom to explore more than Estes Park, including Rocky Mountain National Park and surrounding areas, we recommend renting a car. There are also shuttle options from the Denver Airport (about 90 minutes from Estes Park) as well as public shuttles around Estes Park.

Is there a deadline for booking with the Hotel Block?

Answer

Rooms will be held through 6/5/2026, but we recommend booking early, as rooms may fill up and Labor Day weekend is one of Estes Park's busiest weekends.

Will we be at high altitude?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony in Allenspark is around 8,500 feet. Guests coming from lower elevations should hydrate well, limit alcohol upon arrival, and allow time to adjust to the altitude. Layers are recommended as Colorado weather can be unpredictable, and it will likely get chilly when the sun goes down.

Can I bring a plus one?

We wish we could invite everyone! To keep our celebration intimate, plus ones are only invited if they are included on your invitation. Please refer to your invite for details.
