FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not answered on this page, please feel free to reach out to Conner or Bryce!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP "yes" or "no" by January 16, 2026 so we will know if you will be able to attend our wedding and if you will be staying with us at Naturebridge Olympic.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony kicks off at 5 p.m., followed by drinks, dinner, and dancing! Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal with comfort in mind! We’re aiming to keep the whole celebration outdoors, so don’t forget a jacket—it might get chilly as the evening goes on. Gals, we suggest flats or low heels since we’ll be on grass and sand. Guys, ties are optional, wear what feels right for you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding weekend adults only, aside from a few select kiddos. We encourage you to use this as a date weekend, full of adventure and fun! Adults deserve some summer camp time too!

Question

How do I secure my spot to stay at NatureBridge? How much does it cost?

Answer

All you have to do is let us know when you RSVP that you will be staying! It is $200 per person for the whole weekend. If you are just staying one night, it will be $100 per person. This includes all meals from Friday dinner - Sunday breakfast. You can pay Conner by using Venmo or Zelle. You can also mail Conner checks or cash if that is easier. Conner's Venmo is: @Conner-Board. Please RSVP and pay by Jan. 16, 2026.

Question

What is provided for my stay at Naturebridge Olympic and what should I bring?

Answer

If you choose to stay at Naturebridge Olympic, all of your meals will be provided from Friday dinner through breakfast on Sunday. Most rooms/cabins have shared bathrooms and all rooms have bunk-style beds. You will have all the linens provided for your bed and a shower towel. There is also heating and electricity in every room/cabin. There is phone service through most providers at the camp and WiFi is available in the community buildings, like the Rosemary Inn and Storm King Hall. Some key things to bring that will make your camp stay the best possible would be body wash, shampoo & conditioner, a small flashlight, a refillable water bottle, a rain jacket, a warm jacket, and shower shoes! The showers are individual stalls, but we recommend bringing sandals to wear since they are community showers!

Question

Is there parking at NatureBridge Olympic?

Answer

Yes! Naturebridge Olympic has parking on-site. The dirt parking lot is in front of the camp's administration building. We do encourage people to carpool to make sure there is more than enough parking for everyone! This will also cut down the cost of a rental car, if you are coming from out of town.

Question

If I am staying for the full camp weekend (YAY!), when should I arrive and leave?

Answer

Check-in will be at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 15 and checkout will be at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 17, although you can hang out on the property until noon.

Question

If I am NOT staying at NatureBridge Olympic, can I still come hang out for the weekend?

Answer

YES!!! Please hang out at NatureBridge Olympic as much as possible! We will have all sorts of lawn games set up Friday & Saturday. Also, Friday night we will host a Fireside Welcome Gathering that we would love for ALL wedding guests to attend and take part in! We also hope all guests will join for canoeing on Saturday.
