What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests dress in formal attire. For men, this typically means a suit and tie! For women, a gown or an elevated cocktail dress!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking located at our venue. However, vehicles are not allowed to be left on the property after the conclusion of the event. Your vehicle is only allowed to be left on property if you have booked one of the suites/condos and have parked at your room.

Will day of wedding transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes - we are working on the details now. Once we are able to see where most guests are staying we will coordinate the details on transportation.

Does Uber provide transportation to and from Black Canyon Inn?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are unavailable in Estes Park. To ensure reliable transportation, we suggest pre booking your rides before hand. We will be providing day of wedding transportation for our guests. Please check back here for details as we get closer to the wedding day!

How far is Denver from Estes Park?

Answer

Denver is about a 1 hour and 45 min drive from Estes Park. The final stretch of the drive is beautiful but has winding roads! We recommend avoiding driving into Estes in the nighttime - Take your time and drive safely!

What elevation is Estes Park?

Answer

Estes park sits at 7,500 feet. If you are traveling in from somewhere of lower elevation you may feel the effects of being at a higher altitude. We want you to enjoy your time in Colorado as much as we do - please arrive early if you can to adjust to the change in altitude and drinks LOTS of water before arriving.
