How do I RSVP

Answer

Once formal invitations are sent out, the RSVP page will become accessible from the main page of this website. In the meantime, if you haven't already, please follow this link to confirm your details: https://www.zola.com/addr/2RyjyOQ0K You should RSVP through the link on the main page of this website. The deadline to RSVP is June 1st, 2025. RSVPs can be updated through the same link up until the deadline.

Are Kids Invited?

Kids are invited to join us at the welcome dinner on Friday, 7/11/2024. Although we would love to celebrate Saturday with all the kids, we ask that this remains an adult only event. We appreciate your understanding!

Unless listed in your formal invitation we cannot accommodate any extra guests.

Travel and Accommodations

Answer

We have three hotel room blocks; The Courtyard by Marriot and Homewood suites are across the street from each other (4 min walk) and the Residence Inn is a three minute drive down the road. All can be booked from their respective links on the Travel Tab of this website. Additionally, there are some Airbnb's and Vrbo residences around the area if you would prefer. If you are flying in, the two nearest airports are Bradley International in Windsor Locks, and Tweed New Haven.

What time should I arrive at the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be arranged from The Courtyard by Marriot at 1081 West Street, Southington, CT 06489. Please arrive by 3pm if you plan to take the shuttle. If you are planning on driving to the venue, please be sure to arrive no later than 4pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. The venue address is, La Bella Vista, 380 Farmwood Rd, Waterbury, CT 06704. There is ample parking at the venue so no need to worry about that!

Ceremony & Reception Details

Answer

The Ceremony will be held outside in the courtyard of the venue. It can get quite warm in July so make sure you are prepared. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to inside the foyer of the venue. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that everyone please put your cell phones on silent, and refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony so that you can be in the moment with us. The pictures from the photographer will be shared with everyone afterwards. Cocktail hour will be at the same location and directly proceed the ceremony where you can enjoy some Hors d'oeuvres and the open bar! Cocktail hour will conclude at 6pm, at which time we ask everyone to find their seats in the main hall. At the conclusion of the reception, the transportation will take everyone back to the Courtyard by Marriot where we will have an afterparty at the hotel bar.
