The dress code for the wedding will be cocktail attire. This includes floor length gowns or mid-length dresses for women. For men, a suit. Please avoid any light colors close to white. The wedding party will be wearing black.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm EST. We ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.
We kindly ask that you refrain from any personal photos or videos during the ceremony. We have hired professionals doing so and would like everyone to be fully present with us during this short and memorable time.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If so, please add the name of the guest you are bringing when you RSVP.
Please RSVP no later than July 1st, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. It is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding.
Given the size we’d like to keep the wedding, only specified children will be in attendance. Please take note of who is listed when you RSVP. If they are not listed on your invitation, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding.
Our reception will be indoors, with the ceremony being outdoors (weather permitting). If an outdoor ceremony is not feasible, we have indoor accommodations and will notify our guests.
Yes, there is free on-site parking at the venue. We will also have transportation to take guests to the venue and back the hotel. If you decide to drive, do not plan to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight.
