We both found each other through the internet dating app Bumble and first met a few days later in March 2017 at a bar in Uptown Minneapolis. Vicki found Bryan to be tall dark and handsome and decided to take a chance swiping right on his profile. Bryan swiped right for Vicki because he found her to be very attractive, adventurous, and friendly. We started talking and instantly exchanged numbers. We met at Hammer and Sickle in Uptown close to where Vicki lived. The bar/restaurant was pretty much empty and luckily allowed us both to hear every word each other had to say. We spent about 2 hours talking and then Bryan walked Vicki to her car. We instantly made plans for a second date and have been making plans with each other ever since.

Bryan proposed to Vicki in their lofted 1 bedroom apartment. Bryan and Vicki first moved in together the summer of 2018. They both love living in Minneapolis and being able to walk to all the restaurants, bars, trails, and walking Yuki all around town. Their current condo they live in is very special to them so Bryan wanted Vicki to always remember their last home in the cities. He asked Vicki to go on a walk then when they got home Yuki had a bandana on that said “Will you marry my dad?”. Bryan got down on one knee and Vicki was shocked. Bryan said he never has seen her act like that.
