Suomenlinna
Take a short ferry ride from Market Square in Helsinki to Suomenlinna. It's a beautiful visit during the Summer with many beaches and picnics. The Sea Fortress on the island is also worth the trip!
Löyly Helsinki
A traditional Finnish sauna experience. Take your drink and relax in the sauna and if you're up for it, take a dip in the ocean too. This location was Bryan's first time in a Finnish sauna. It was the middle of the Winter and he went straight in the blistering Baltic Sea.
Allas Sea Pool
Allas Sea Pool is an urban wellness spa that includes saunas, fresh and seawater pools and restaurants. During the Summer, they have concerts with various Finnish artists.
Linnanmäki
An amusement park with shorter lines then any in the US. It boasts the oldest wooden, man-operated roller coaster.

Sea Horse Traditional Finnish food. We highly recommend the sautéed reindeer. Oishi 18 A very popular sushi spot! We suggest making a reservation beforehand for any of the 3 locations. Skiffer We recommend Liuskaluoto location. You will have to take a ferry to the restaurant. Cafe Torpanranta Veera's old workplace! Great to grab a coffee, some traditional Finnish baked goodies, cocktails or traditional Finnish salmon soup during lunch time. Restaurant Birgitta Hernesaari A beautiful outdoor restaurant right by the water. Their burgers are great but anything on the menu is amazing! Ateljee Bar On top of Hotel Torni. Great place to enjoy the view over Helsinki and grab a drink. Harju 8 Traditional Scandinavian foods in a tapas style.
