So we can coordinate with our food caterer and have an accurate headcount for the wedding and reception, we ask you please RSVP by April 1, 2026.
Lunch at the reception will be BBQ catered in from Feedstore BBQ in Southlake. Available food items for lunch will include traditional brisket, regular sausage, turkey, green beans w/bacon, potato salad, mac n' cheese, and regular dinner rolls. We will also have dairy-free and gluten-free desserts available. That said, please indicate on your RSVP if you have any special dietary needs we need to accommodate. So we can get a good idea of how many people need special dietary accommodations, please RSVP by April 1, 2026.
The Wedding Mass will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, 10:30am Central Time at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller, TX. We recommend you plan to arrive around 30 minutes beforehand (by 10am).
Formal "Sunday Best" or cocktail wedding attire is appropriate for both the Wedding Mass and the reception. We're sure this goes without saying, but please keep it classy and appropriate for a Catholic wedding. Dress code can be more flexible (but still suitable for a church event setting) for children and for our guests with special needs and mobility challenges, but otherwise this is a formal attire event.
Yes, we want to make it as easy as possible for our guests with little ones to attend! Dependent household children of invited guests may attend both the wedding and the reception with their family. Guests are solely responsible for supervising their children throughout both events. The reception will include a beer and wine bar: No persons under the age of 21 may consume alcohol, even if accompanied by their parents. Please make sure to include any children who are attending on your RSVP so we have an accurate headcount.
Yes! And vice-versa! We understand that some folks may only be able to attend one event or the other, and that's completely fine. We'll still feel loved and be happy to see you for whatever amount of time you are able to spend with us! To accommodate the needs of all our guests, there are two separate RSVPs: one for the Wedding Mass, and one for the reception. Please be sure to RSVP with your "Yes/No" for each event!
You will need to make your own transportation arrangements to get to/from the church and wedding reception. There is no direct public transit serving the church or most area hotels. That said, there is a commuter rail line operated by Trinity Metro called "TEXRail" which connects DFW Airport's Terminal B to downtown Fort Worth, and it has a stop in North Richland Hills at Iron Horse Station (about 5-10 minutes from some of the recommended hotels). Depending on where you stay, that may help to significantly reduce your Lyft/Uber fare between the airport and your hotel (train fare is just $2 for a one-way/2hr pass or $4 for a local day pass). Ride hailing services like Lyft or Uber are the other main options, apart from car rental services. We encourage our guests who live within a day's drive (8-10hrs) of DFW to consider driving instead of flying to eliminate the hassle, expense, and stress of air travel (possible flight delays, long lines at security, cancelations, etc) and ride hailing/car rental.
