When should I RSVP by?

Kindly submit your RSVP by Sunday, September 13, 2026 so that we may plan accordingly.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will start at 4:00pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:45pm so that everyone can be seated before it starts.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding is semi-formal. Think midi to full-length dresses for women and suits for men (tie optional). The ceremony will take place outdoors, and November weather in Georgia can be unpredictable, so a jacket or shawl is a good idea. The ceremony space includes grass and stone pavers, so we suggest avoiding stiletto heels. The reception will be covered and heated for your comfort.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been extended to you, it will be noted on your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with a few exceptions for family. We appreciate your understanding.
Question
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We recommend staying at Brasstown Valley Resort, where all wedding events will be held. Staying on-site allows guests to enjoy the evening without worrying about transportation. We have reserved a room block at the resort for the weekend, please mention you are with the wedding when calling to book. There are additional hotels and Airbnb options in the area, however, we do not have room blocks at those locations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony location is a short walk from the resort. For anyone who prefers not to walk, golf carts will be available to shuttle guests between the resort and the ceremony site. Guests staying at other hotels are welcome to use the golf cart shuttle once they arrive at the resort, but will need to arrange their own transportation to get to and from the resort.
