What time should I arrive at the ceremonies?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before each ceremony to ensure you have plenty of time to get seated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, and due to limited venue space, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue, with overflow parking in the outdoor hockey rink, along with street parking immediately surrounding. Our suggested hotel, the Hampton by Hilton, also offers a complimentary shuttle and is just a 3 minute drive or 18 minute walk.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Certainly! During the dinner portion of the RSVP form, you'll be able to include any allergies. We will also be making an effort to post a menu prior to the wedding so you can plan accordingly.

I don't know much about Winnipeg, what can I do while I'm in town?

Answer

There are lots of great options around Winnipeg! We highly recommend checking out our "Things To Do" page for some of our favourites. If you are staying for a day or two after the wedding, we'd also recommend checking out Folklorama, which is a great yearly event to experience different cultures.

Can I change my plus one?

If you do need to change your plus one, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than June 15, 2025.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan our venue setup accordingly. If something changes, please feel free to update and let us know. At the latest, please RSVP by May 15, 2025.

Will the wedding be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

The wedding will be a cash bar. Cash and card will both be options for drink tickets.
