Online Reservations 1. Type in www.hiemorganhill.com/reservations 2. Click on the link 3. A new screen will pop up, wait for it to load. Put in the dates you are checking in and checking out. Click on change search. 4. Click on the words "Group Code" and a box will appear, put in your group code: OMW - Then hit the “search” button. 5. Scroll down and you will see the room type and rates available for your group. 6. Click on the “book this room” button and follow the directions to make your reservation. —OR— Call to Reserve 1-877-776-7670 and ask for reservations. Let the reservationist know you are booking under the Ossman McDonald Wedding group or provide the group code OMW. By the end of the call the reservationist will provide a confirmation number for your reservation.

There will be 2 shuttles departing from the La Quinta hotel and the Holiday Inn Express hotel. The first shuttle leaves at 3:00 and the 2nd leaves at 3:30. The wedding begins promptly at 4:00 so please be on time to the shuttles if you plan on using them - thanks! The shuttle schedule is as follows: La Quinta: 17035 Condit Road, Morgan Hill, CA 95037 3:00 p.m. - 1st shuttle pickup (34 passengers) 3:30 p.m. - 2nd shuttle pickup (34 passengers) Holiday Inn Express - 17043 Condit Road, Morgan Hill, CA 95037 3:00 p.m. - 1st shuttle pickup (23 passengers) 3:30 p.m. - 2nd shuttle pickup (23 passengers) Please do not let us know if you have questions, we are fielding billions of questions and you should be able to figure it out!
