Here are the hotel blocks and airports for our out-of-town guests. Shuttles will be provided from both hotels to the venue and back the hotels at the end of the night. We highly recommend booking your hotels and flights as soon as possible as fall is a busy time in the Hudson Valley!
Note: Hampton Inn does not offer a standard room block. Like any hotel, rooms are offered on a first come, first serve basis. The link below will provide an additional 15% discount for rooms if available.

Flight
Newark International Airport (EWR)
Feel free to fly into any NYC airport, but Newark airport will be the easiest option to avoid the constant splinter in Bryan’s foot—traffic. Newark is about an 1 hour and 20 minutes from the venue by car.

Stewart airport is a smaller airport with more limited flight options, but only 23 minutes to the venue!
