Transportation will be provided from the Embassy Suites to the wedding venue and from the wedding venue to the Embassy suites. We encourage our guests to use this service, but parking is available at the wedding venue if the guest prefers to drive. Transportation will leave the Embassy Suites at 4:30PM on Saturday. This allows for an approximately 30 minute drive and 30 minutes to get seated at the ceremony space. Ceremony start time is 5:30PM. Transportation will leave the wedding venue at two different times. The first round will leave the venue around 9PM for any of our guests who would like to leave after dinner. The second round will leave around 10:30PM for any of our guests who would like to party until the end! Please use the RSVP to mark your attendance on the charter buses. This will guarantee you a seat.
Yes, both will take place at Creekside at Collier's End.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating at the ceremony.
Welcome Event: Guests are invited to wear cocktail attire to the welcome event. Wedding Day: Guests are invited to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire in light, breathable fabrics. A mid- to floor-length dress or a stylish pantsuit is perfect for women while men are requested to wear a suit and tie.

Children are welcome and have been accounted for on the invitation. Please reach out to Amy Wimberley or Bryan Bailey if you plan to leave your child(ren) at home or with a caregiver.
Absolutely. Please let Amy Wimberley or Bryan Bailey know of any dietary restrictions so they can inform the caterer to make a special plate for the reception. Please note that dinner will be gluten-free for everyone.
