Note: BarVista was recently rebranded to "The Observatory". They are the same. Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres will be served. Event parking is included in our rental agreement with BarVista @ AC Hotel. Please contact Amy Wimberley for a PDF of the parking pass. We kindly request that you print and display the pass on your vehicle's dashboard if you plan to drive to the welcome event. This will ensure approved parking in the hotel's private lot and help prevent any potential ticketing issues.

Transportation will be provided from the Embassy Suites to Creekside at Collier’s End. The bus will leave at 4:30PM. RSVPing to this event guarantees you a seat on the bus to the ceremony.

There will be two departure times - one bus will leave the venue at 9PM and the other will leave when the reception ends, around 10:30PM.
