There's not a one-size-fits-all answer here, as it depends on your own situation and risk tolerance, as well as the state of things outside our control. We're operating on the assumption that this summer will look pretty normal in the U.S., and it will be safe to hold our event. Keep in mind, there are small adjustments you can personally make to further decrease risk. If you're worried about coming into contact with strangers at a hotel, for example, you could rent an Airbnb instead. As far as any safety protocols we will require, it's too early to say. We plan to collect emails via the formal invitations and will communicate more on this as we get closer to the event. Anything we do require will be based on state guidelines at the time of the event. The last thing we will say is that, if you feel it's unsafe to attend our any or all parts of our wedding, we understand and respect your decision. There will be no hard feelings from us. Do what you feel is best.
We'll open up the RSVP section of the website when we send out the official invitations in June. Please RSVP by August 11.
We're working on securing a room blocks at a couple hotels in Boulder. We will update the Travel section of the website when we have booking information. The shuttle to the ceremony will leave from Marriott on Canyon. However, you are free to stay at another hotel or Airbnb. It's easy and affordable to get around via Uber or Lyft in Boulder, and you can catch the shuttle from the hotel even if you aren't staying there.
Yes! When we open up the RSVP section, we will include a question about this.
Yes, there is. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the Farmette, but if you'd prefer to drive, that's fine. Cars can be left overnight in the venue parking lot, but they will need to be picked up by 9 AM on Sunday morning.
Yes, we will be providing shuttle service to and from the ceremony. We will have more information closer to the event.
No, Bodhi will not be attending the wedding. He will be spending the weekend relaxing with all his little friends at the puppy spa.
