When is the RVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests RSVP or Decline No Later than July 31st, 2026. Please note that we will take your lack of answer as a decline if we have not heard from you then, so be sure to RSVP if you intend to come.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests will be let in starting at 4:45 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive early and be seated before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a semi formal event; feel free to add a touch of whimsy or house color, as the event will be Harry Potter themed. Please, NO jean, T-shirts, polo shirts or mini dresses! This is a wedding, not a nightclub.

Is free parking available?

Answer

There are a limited number of free spaces at the venue. Guests may park in the lot above ground directly across 5th street to the East. This is public parking. Guests may also park in the Mitten Building's lots to the South. More spaces can be found throughout the downtown area.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

There will be no shuttle service provided. Should you require any assistance getting to the venue from your car, you are advised to get to the venue early to secure your up-front parking spot.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please notify us when you RSVP, should you have any dietary restrictions. It is important to do so as soon as possible so that we may provide the caterer ample time to make any necessary accommodations.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Guests will have access to an open bar for 3 hr following the ceremony.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we would love to invite everyone's kids, in an effort to keep within our budget, only those whose invites included their kids are allowed to bring kids. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you know you are still loved and valued.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While it is important to us that our guests feel comfortable, due to budget constraints, only guests whose invitation specified they get a plus one are able to bring a plus one.

Where should I send a gift if I can't attend?

Answer

In lieu of a traditional physical registry, we’ve set up a digital fund for those who wish to give. This allows for a paperless process via our website or Zelle/Venmo. Please know that your well-wishes are what matter most to us!
