Shuttle

Fun Bus!

A shuttle will run from both hotels to the Ward Family Farm for the ceremony, and then transport guests to the reception at Bell Manor. At the end of the evening, the bus will take multiple trips back to the hotels. There is limited seating on the shuttles, so when you arrive at your hotel, the front desk will have a sign in sheet for you to choose your shuttle time to ensure everyone has a spot on the bus. It will be departing the hotels around 2:25 PM and 3:35 PM on Sunday. It will take approximately 25 minutes to get to the farm from the hotels. The shuttle will depart the farm after the ceremony and some photos around 4:45 for the cocktail hour and reception at Bell Manor. The shuttle will begin trips back to the hotel at 9:30 PM with the last one around 11:00. The DJ will make an announcement when the shuttle is leaving.

Driving to the Ward Family Farm

The Ward Family Farm is located at 1808 Reub Hill Road on a gravel road up a fairly steep hill. Some GPS systems don't have the exact location of the farm nailed down yet, but it will bring you close enough. Most importantly, please DO NOT use US Route 50 (and Blain Highway) to get to Reub Hill Rd. The main street in Chillicothe is Bridge Street (Rt 159). This is where the hotels are located. The best route from the hotels is to take Bridge St south. Go across the bridge and drive about 5 lights to 8th St. Take a right at 8th St and you will pass a paper mill. Take 8th St to the end and turn left at Paint St (Route 772 south). Go about 5.5 mi out of town. Turn right on Bishop Hill Road and continue for approximately .7 mi until you reach a fork in road with Reub Hill Rd on your right (gravel road and unassuming entrance). Go right at the fork and follow the road up the hill approximately 1 mi until you see a farm with red barns on your left. Someone will show you where to park.

John Glenn Columbus International Airport

At about an hour's drive north of Chillicothe, Columbus would be the best airport to fly into.

Chillicothe is about a 6.5-7 hour drive from the Chicagoland area.
