Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite!

Yes! We have three school busses to shuttle to and from both hotels! Be sure to note what hotel (if any) you are staying at in your RSVP so we can fit everyone. The shuttles will be at the hotels at 3:15pm, departing at 3:30pm. There will be multiple return shuttles with the last one leaving Woods Valley at 10:45/11pm.
The venue has a large amount of on site parking! Feel free to take the shuttle from the hotel or leave your car at the venue overnight and take the shuttle back to the hotel after the reception.
Yes! After the ceremony, we invite you to enjoy cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres. During our reception, will we be offering a full buffet of meal options. Throughout the cocktail hour and reception, an open bar will be provided, offering a selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks.
Please inform the bride directly of any allergies or restrictions so we can communicate those to the venue. There will also be an option on the RSVP, but the sooner we know the better!

The Ceremony starts at 4:00pm! Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to be sure you are seated before we begin, or take the shuttle from one of the hotels (make sure to note on the RSVP if you are planning to take the shuttle)
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, sports coats, ties and cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, etc
