3:15 pm - 3:30 pm
Are you taking the shuttles from the hotel to the venue? If so, what Hotel?
All three shuttles (2 at the Hampton Inn, 1 at the Fairfield) will leave promptly at 3:30pm. Make sure to be in the lobby 15 minutes early to make sure you don't miss it!
4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, etc.
Ceremony will be from 4 to 4:30pm with cocktail hour to follow. Reception will start at 5:45/6pm.
9:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Are your taking the shuttle back to the hotels at the end of the night?
There will be multiple trips back to the hotel at the end of the reception.
8:30 am
If you plan to stay at the Hampton Inn, the bride and groom will be at the included continental breakfast. Feel free to join or stop by before you depart!
