The attire is cocktail; for women that may mean a nice dress or jumpsuit and for men a suit. Please note, the ceremony will be a Catholic Mass so, dress accordingly.
The wedding Mass is a full Catholic Mass that includes the celebration of the Sacrament of Marriage, and it has special readings and prayers suitable to the Sacrament of Marriage. It will last for approximately one hour. We invite our non-Catholic friends and family to participate to the extent they feel comfortable.
No, our Mass is too early on Saturday to fulfill your Sunday obligation. The Cathedral offers Mass at 10am and 4pm on Sundays, or you can visit one of the numerous other parishes in the area (https://masstimes.org).
Due to space limitations, please only bring a guest if they were listed on your invitation.
If your children were listed on your invitation, they are welcome to attend. Though, we do understand if you would rather have a parents' night out :)
It's Ohio in February; it could be rainy and 40°, or 65° and sunny, it may even be 20° and snowing. Olivia is hoping for this third option. All events are indoors and heated but, do travel safely and pack accordingly.
For the Ceremony: There are parking lots next to the Cathedral at 7th & Plum Streets and 7th & Central Streets, which are free to guests for the wedding.
