We’re Getting Married!!!

We met the non traditional way when someone jumped in my DMs. We hit it off almost immediately and quickly started talking regularly. In one of our early conversations Bruce said I’m gonna make you my Girlfriend then my Wife and you are going to have my child. In my normal fashion, I was like whatever, you don’t know me and I don’t think so. We had our first date a month after our first conversation in February 2019. By that point we both knew we had found something special. We continued to get to know each other and date over the next year before deciding we needed to figure our relationship out. This is when he says I made him quit his job. I did not, I just asked where were we going and what were we doing. Then someone made the decision to quit their job and become a local driver. We decided to move in together and so we did in March 2020 and Covid lockdown happened a week later! Now we were having to quarantine together and we were either gonna make it or not. It turned out to be actually amazing. Then in September of that year I found out I was pregnant! A new exciting chapter was quickly starting for the both of us and during Covid we welcomed our son Christian in May 2021. We spent the next year just adjusting to being new parents in a pandemic. As Christian got older and the pandemic ended and life turned to new normal. We talked about marriage and knew it would come one day. One day is how we always talked about it. One day. One random day in October 2023 we decided to look at rings. I thought we were just looking because well one day. He secretly bought the ring 3 days later. Four months later in February 2024 while we were celebrating our 5 year first date anniversary he proposed at Fort Fisher! He has accomplished 2 of the things he said he would before we even met. Soon we will be Husband and Wife ❤️💍
