Flight
This is the main airport you will need to fly into if you are taking a flight to celebrate this day with us. From here you will need to rideshare or rent a car to reach your hotel. The venue is about 45 minutes south of Jacksonville, so please plan accordingly if you are not going to utilize the room block and/or shuttle transportation.

The room block is available for Nov 10-13, 2022! Please click the "view" button below to book your room. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later than these dates please email SPriester@doubletreejax.com (Sara Priester) and she will assist you personally with your booking. This hotel is the only location that the shuttle will be servicing to/from the wedding venue. This will also be the location for the brunch on Saturday morning. On the lobby level is Ruth's Chris Steak House, a popular fine dining experience overlooking the St. Johns river. If you want to dine at Ruth's Chris Steak House while you are here, we HIGHLY recommend making reservations far in advance. Bar seating is first come/first serve, but can be hard to come by as there are only about ten seats at the bar.

Travel Note
We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue the day of the wedding from the room block hotel only. The shuttle will depart the DoubleTree hotel at 220 pm and arrive at the venue at approximately 300 pm. The return shuttle will depart the Clay Theatre sometime after 9 pm.
