What’s the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by December 1st, 2025, so we can get an accurate count for dinner, drinks, and celebrations!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m. sharp. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 p.m. so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we begin.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal or semi-formal. Please be mindful that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and it may be cool in the evening. The reception will be indoors. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the “Travel” tab on this website for details. Discounted room blocks have been reserved for guests at both a beachside hotel and an inland hotel.

When do I need to reserve my room in the hotel block?

Answer

Please book your room within one of our two hotel blocks by December 30, 2025 to receive the discounted rate. Let us know if you have any trouble with your reservation!

Is parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, plenty of parking is available on-site.

May I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and set to silent during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture these special moments, and we want everyone to be fully present with us. At the reception, feel free to snap away!

what should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend the wedding, please navigate to the "RSVP" on this website and indicate “No” by December 1st so we can plan accordingly.
