Who is invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Only the wedding party will be attending the rehearsal dinner.

What is the ceremony/ reception attire?

Answer

Ceremony: Formal/Dressy Reception: Anything you are comfortable wearing during the fall season. Code: casual.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

Due to the health and safety of our elderly guests AND due to church/reception restricted capacity, we have modified our guest lists to NOT include kiddos.

Is the dance open to anyone?

Answer

Yes, after food is served, other family members, friends, and significant others not attending the ceremony and reception dinner, are invited to celebrate at Bearwood at 8pm to 11:30pm

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes. Church requires all individuals to wear masks while in the church. Reception mandates wearing masks if you are not eating or drinking.

How does the shuttle work going to and from the hotel/reception?

Answer

You will be getting shuttle information at check in to your hotel room.

How will we be served food due to COVID?

Answer

Our buffet dinner will be plated for you. All you need is to walk to the buffet and point to what you want to be served. Caterers will serve your dish. Precautions include: servers, wearing and changing gloves often, server masks worn at all times, no community servings, individual dressing packages.

When can I start drinking?

Answer

Cocktail hour is 4pm-5:30pm! Cash bar, 2 kegs and 20 bottles of house red and white wine purchased for free drinking.

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

No. Due to social distancing guidelines, there will be 6 seats per table.

Can I just use the shuttle back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes. Anyone can leave their car at the reception venue lot overnight. No shuttle to take you back to your car the next day, so coordinate a ride to your car.
