Oglebay Resort and Conference Center
Two restaurants, two lakes, walking and hiking trails and a zoo are just a few places to take advantage of at Oglebay. There is also a driving range, fire pit and spa available.
19th Hole
Live bands, a great crowd of locals, craft beer and friendly staff members make this our go to bar in the area.
Mount Wood Overlook
This scenic overlook was owned by a local doctor and was building the structure as a gift for his wife. The doctor, however, was later arrested in the 1920's for drug charges. Since then, the city has held ownership over the structure that holds one of the best views of the Friendly City. You can adventure through stairways and marvel at graffiti art while taking in the view.
Wheeling City Center Market
Center Market happens to be where the wedding will be located. In this little block, you'll find a coffee and flower shop, a brewery, a book store and endless number of antique shops. Other places to marvel at include the science center and an art gallery.
Later Alligator
This restaurant is one of our favorites in Wheeling. In house made crepes, delicious drinks and a comforting and beautiful atmosphere to match. Fun fact: Lady Gaga eats here!
