Please arrive promptly at 4 O'Clock in the afternoon. This will allow you time to park and hop on the shuttle to be brought up to the ceremony space. If you arrive past 4:20pm, please wait until the ceremony is completed & join us below at cocktail hour!
To make transportation easy, complimentary shuttles will be available to and from the venue. You are welcome to drive yourself & park at the venue if you prefer! Pickup #1 Campbell's Resort — 3:40 PM Please meet directly outside the main lobby entrance. Pickup #2 Lakeside Lodge & Suites — 4:00 PM Please be waiting outside a few minutes early. Return Service Shuttles will provide return trips to both Campbell's Resort and Lakeside Lodge & Suites throughout the evening between approximately 8:00–11:00 PM.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
The ceremony will be outdoors, over-looking Lake Chelan.
Our wedding day 6/20 is an adults only event. Your littles ones are welcome to join us at our welcome party the night before 6/19 at our Airbnb!
The venue may ask for identification from guests who appear under the age of 35. Please bring a valid ID if you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages.
📍 215 Bluebell Court, Chelan, WA Parking: Please park in Overflow Lot #26. To access the lot, continue around the upper loop of the neighborhood to Porcupine Road. From 5:00–5:30 PM, Brooke's younger brother, Jameson, will be shuttling guests from the parking lot to the house via golf cart. After 5:30 PM, guests are welcome to make the short walk or find available street parking closer to the house. Attire: Spring Casual, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident! We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer and content creator to be able to capture the best photos & videos. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many photos & videos as you would like!
Yes! The ceremony will be at the top of the venue and the reception will be in the wine cellar following cocktail hour & dinner.
