Hi everyone! Wedding week is finally here! We can't wait to celebrate with all of you. Please take a moment to review these important reminders for the weekend. WEDDING ATTIRE Formal/Black-Tie Optional We would love for our guests to dress in formal attire. For men, this means a tuxedo or dark suit with a tie. For women, this means a floor-length, maxi or midi dress. Think elevated & elegant rather than cocktail or casual attire. Bridesmaids will be wearing pastel yellow We encourage spring colors and elevated garden party attire. Please visit the "Wedding Day Attire" Tab for inspiration. WELCOME PARTY 📍 215 Bluebell Court, Chelan, WA Parking: Please park in Overflow Lot #26. To access the lot, continue around the upper loop of the neighborhood to Porcupine Road. From 5:00–5:30 PM, Brooke's younger brother, Jameson, will be shuttling guests from the parking lot to the house via golf cart. After 5:30 PM, guests are welcome to make the short walk or find available street parking closer to the house. Welcome Party Attire: Spring Casual, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident! Visit the "Welcome Party Attire" tab for inspiration. WEDDING DAY 📍 Karma Vineyards 1681 S Lakeshore Rd, Chelan, WA 98816 Guest Arrival: Please arrive by 4:00 PM. The ceremony is located at the top of the venue and requires a shuttle ride from the parking area. The final shuttle to the ceremony site will depart at 4:20 PM. If you miss the last shuttle, please wait at the bottom of the venue and join us for cocktail hour following the ceremony. Adults-Only Celebration: While we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be adults only. Thank you for understanding. During cocktail hour, you'll be able to find your dinner seat assignment and leave a message for the bride and groom on our vintage guestbook phone! ID Reminder: The venue may ask for identification from guests who appear under the age of 35. Please bring a valid ID if you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages. GUEST SHUTTLES: To make transportation easy, complimentary shuttles will be available to and from the venue. If you are staying at an Airbnb or prefer to drive yourself to and from the venue, there is parking available at the venue as well! Shuttle Pickup #1: Campbell's Resort — 3:40 PM Please meet directly outside the main lobby entrance. Shuttle Pickup #2: Lakeside Lodge & Suites — 4:00 PM Please be waiting outside a few minutes early. Return Service: Shuttles will provide return trips to both Campbell's Resort and Lakeside Lodge & Suites throughout the evening between approximately 8:00–11:00 PM.
