Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel

We have reserved a room block at the Best Western Plus Stratford under the name Rodwell Smith Wedding. Please reference this when booking your reservation. Check in is guaranteed at 3pm or after! Although a room block has been reserved for our guests, early check-in cannot be guaranteed before 3:00 PM. We recommend booking the night prior to ensure availability. If any of you have Best Western Rewards they qualify for discounted rates and can discuss this with the reservations department at the time of booking. In order to reserve, please contact reservations department directly at 1-877-788-8818 and quote the Rodwell Smith Wedding. The cut-off date for the block of rooms is June 6, 2026, so please ensure you do call prior to this date to reserve. Any rooms not reserved by June 16, 2026 will be automatically released. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Monday through Saturday, and from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Sundays. If you’re interested in enjoying breakfast during your stay, please inquire about the breakfast rate when booking your room or upon check-in to ensure availability and pricing. We’ll be tied up with post-wedding cleanup the morning after and won’t be able to attend, but please feel free to go and enjoy breakfast!

If you’re staying at the Best Western Plus Stratford, rental cars and ride-share services are available from both airports.
