How do I RSVP

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime, or feel free to contact Brookelyn at 519-274-9460 or Bradley 519-949-2611 to let us know whether you are able to attend.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by June 1st 2026, you will be marked as "not attending" We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What do I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You'll be missed! If you can not make its to the wedding, please indicate " Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, Please notify Brookelyn or Bradley as soon as you are aware.

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on August 8th 2026 at 6500 Line 28 Dublin ON N0K 1E0. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm followed by cocktails and reception at the same location.

Is there accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at The Arden Park Hotel Stratford for your convenience. Mention [“Rodwell Smith Wedding”] when booking to receive the group rate.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Please note that a shuttle service will not be provided. Guests are asked to arrange their own transportation.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is available directly across from the reception and beside the ceremony site. This area will be designated for all wedding guests.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our August wedding will be outdoors, with a tented reception to follow. We look forward celebrating in the summer warmth with you.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early so you have time to park, find your seat. Guests arriving with a tent, camper or trailer are kindly asked to arrive earlier to allow time for setup. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM SHARP.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for all events is semi-formal required. Please reserve black dresses for the wedding party.

What’s for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will feature wood-fired pizza made with organic, locally sourced ingredients. Pizza selections will be seasonal, accompanied by fresh salads, with options for [dietary accommodations if applicable]. IF YOU HAVE ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, REACH OUT TO THE BRIDE & GROOM.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, we love your little one's! Only children who are invited will appear on the RSVP. We kindly ask that if a child becomes upset or noisy during the ceremony, a parent or guardian step away briefly so they may calm down. Thank you for helping us keep this moment special for everyone.

When is cocktail hour?

Cocktail hour will take place immediately following the ceremony while the wedding party takes photos.

Cocktail hour will be held on-site, just steps away from the ceremony area.

Are drinks free?

Answer

Our signature drinks are complimentary during cocktail hour only. All other beverages are available for purchase. How does the drink ticket system work? Drink tickets may be purchased for $5 for one ticket or $20 for five tickets.

Will non-alcoholic drinks be available?

Yes! Non-alcoholic beverage options will be available as well.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! But if you wish to give something, we’re doing things a little differently — we’ll be taking a mini-moon and saving toward our dream of growing our family. Contributions to our Family Fund mean the world to us. ❤️

OUR PIZZA SELECTIONS Sassy & Simple A little sass coming from this pizza but a much loved classic! Tomato sauce, local pepperoni, asiago & mozzarella cheeses and fresh basil. Tandori Chicken Mango chutney base, mozzarella, tandori marinated chicken, red onion, spinach, cilantro yogurt drizzle & feta. The Steakhouse Maple bourbon tomato sauce, smoked mozzarella cheese, grilled flank steak, seasonal greens, sweet peppers & red onion. OUR SALAD SELECTIONS Hail to Kale Caesar Romaine & tender kale, smoked bacon, seasoned garlic croutons, shaved parmesan and dressed with our famous caesar dressing. The Beet Goes On A mix of tender kale and greens, roasted beets, candid nuts, crumbled feta, micro greens with our Maple balsamic dressing to finish! IF YOU HAVE ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, REACH OUT TO THE BRIDE & GROOM. DESSERT A special dessert will be revealed at 8pm - but we're keeping it a sweet surprise!
