Are kids invited?

Yes, children are welcome! We will have a movie playing in the theater room with popcorn and treats!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you know if you can attend or not. Due to the nature of our venue, we are wanting to have a head count as soon as possible. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00pm. A valet will greet you and park your car!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately we do not have a shuttle to and from our venue. However, there will be a valet ready to greet you and park your vehicle upon your arrival.

Do I need a 4 wheel drive vehicle while staying in the moutains.

Answer

No, you do not. We do caution that there are gravel roads on the way to our venue. There may be steep roads as well, but you will not need 4 wheel drive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We have a caterer that is ready to work with those who have food allergies and preferences. Please inform us when you RSVP!
