What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive at 4 for a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly or sparkling cider. The ceremony will start at 4:30.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome. We will have kid friendly meals, mocktails, and activities such as lawn games and crafts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Note that rideshares are not readily available as the area is rural, so please plan transportation accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach/Garden Attire: Be prepared for warm weather and an outdoor ceremony with walking on sand or grass. Think sandals, maxi dresses, and light fabrics such as linen to be comfortable. Bright colors and fun patterns are welcome!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The food truck will be prepared with dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian/vegan options. If you need something specific, please let us know so we can do our best to work with the caterer.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Our favorite places are the Olympic Lodge and Whiskey Creek Beach NW. Check the "Travel" tab for links. There are several hotel options about 30 minutes away in Port Angeles, or AirBnB has some options that may be closer to the venue. If you're feeling adventurous, there are a plethora of camping options in the area.

Gifts are not expected! We have everything we need, and we understand that you are traveling a long ways to attend our event. All we ask is your presence and the chance to spend to time with all of our loved ones in our favorite place.
