Located approximately 25 minutes from Boulder, RMMA provides a convenient way to fly close to the city via JSX Public Air Charter if you’re flying from Dallas. As with other options, we recommend booking a shuttle or Uber in advance.

Car rental agencies are located on airport property and can be accessed via a courtesy shuttle to and from Jeppesen Terminal. Shuttles pick up and drop off on Level 5, Island 4, outside doors 505-513 (east side) and 504-512 (west side).

If you want a specific room view like Mountain View’s you will need to call to request that. IMPORTANT: If you notice on the reservation page that there is no availability for Friday, Saturday we exceeded the booked rooms. No worries though, call the hotel to let them know about our room block and they can book you a room with our wedding rate. Just give your self time since the hotel can book up the closer we get to the wedding date. If you choose to stay starting Thursday night you will have to book your room by calling the hotel.
