Brooke and I have secured a special wedding room block at the Limelight Hotel and St. Julien Hotel ensuring an unforgettable experience at an unbeatable rate. Make sure to look at these 2 hotels to ensure you get a room at a great price. Please check the "Travel" tab above and look under each hotel to get your room code or hotel contact information.

Answer

Yes, we will be offering a shuttle service to shuttle guests to the venue and back at selective times. Shuttles will be scheduled to pick guests up from the Limelight and the St. Julien Hotel to shuttle to the venue. More information will post here on timing of the shuttle service being provided. Check this page and schedule tab to keep updated.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue to park your car.

Boulder Creek By Wedgewood is located at 38470 Boulder Canyon Dr, Boulder, CO 80302.

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be conducted outdoors weather permitting. Cocktail hour and reception will be held in a wedding tent with walls and heaters if needed. Indoor space is also available in the venue to hangout.

What is the weather like in the area?What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Boulder Fall weather can be chilly in the afternoon's or when there is no direct sunlight. We recommend to look at the weather forecast in Boulder to pack accordingly. Make sure to pack well for all your adventure days you plan to stay in Boulder. Expect temperatures of 38 to 73 degrees on a sunny day and 38 to 63 on a cloudy day.

Answer

Boulder Fall weather can be amazing. Though planning accordingly is a must. To enjoy morning's make sure to pack light warm jackets. Afternoon's if sunny can be quite enjoyable with a light long sleeve shirt, light sweater or jacket, dress with shawls. Evening's temperature will come down and having a jacket is recommended. Wedding Day Attire: Formal/Black-Tie Optional: Dark suits and long floor length gowns are preferred. Tuxedos not necessary.

Answer

There will be food options to choose from for anyone with dietary restrictions. More to follow on specific menu to what will be served. If you have any dietary restrictions please note that on RSVP under ceremony questions. Alcoholic drinks will be available to anyone over 21+ years of age and will be an open bar to those guests.
