Their certifications are updated regularly which ensures they're knowledgeable in the safe and clean handling/preparation of your food. Production kitchens and non-dining hard surfaces are being sanitized throughout the day and during the preparation of your menu. Our culinary team will man the buffet so guests aren't handling service utensils
