FAQs

Question

Is the wedding child-friendly?

Answer

Yes, we are honored for children to celebrate with us! Please note that the venue includes a pool area without a lifeguard on duty, as well as fire pits. We kindly ask parents and guardians to supervise children at all times. If either of these features may be a concern for your child, please reach out to us! Our dinner menu is also family-friendly and includes pasta with Bolognese sauce, so a separate children's menu will not be provided.

Question

Will there be on-site parking?

Answer

Yes, parking is free and available to all guests.

Question

Will drinks be available?

Answer

Yes! We will have a self-serve beverage station featuring red and white wine, beer, and a latte bar. Please note that there will not be a bartender on site.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 7:00 pm. Please plan to arrive between 6 and 6:45.

Question

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Early September in Colorado Springs is typically warm during the day, with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s°F, and cooler in the evening, with temperatures dropping into the lower 50s°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for later in the night. As our wedding day gets closer, be sure to check the forecast as Colorado weather can be unpredictable.

Question

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served later in the evening, likely around 8:15 PM or shortly thereafter. We will be enjoying a family-style Italian meal from Paravicini's, featuring pesto pasta, Bolognese pasta, chicken thighs, and options for those with dietary restrictions. To end the night on a sweet note, we'll also have wedding cake and s'mores around the fire pits. If you tend to eat dinner earlier or if you are bringing kids, you may wish to enjoy a light snack before arriving.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation does not include a plus one but you would like to bring someone, please reach out to Brooke or Levi. We kindly ask that plus ones be limited to significant others.
