We met in sixth grade in 2011, and we quickly became close friends. During our freshman year of high school in 2014, Jeffrey heard that Brooke wanted ask someone to the Sadie Hawkins Dance ("girls ask guys" dance), so he messaged her about it. Little did he know, she was planning on asking him! One week later, Jeffrey asked Brooke to be his girlfriend on November 6, 2014. After high school, we went to Illinois Valley Community College, Illinois State University, then Carbondale where Brooke went to law school at Southern Illinois University, having many adventures along the way. After 8 years together, on January 14, 2023, Jeffrey proposed to Brooke at the Shawnee National Forest. Now, it's time for the best wedding ever!
