FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by May 11, 2026. Your timely response will help us finalize the details and ensure everything is prepared to celebrate with you! We will be hosting both the Ceremony and Reception. When submitting your RSVP, please be sure to respond accurately for each event. We completely understand Monday morning obligations, and having precise responses will help us ensure an accurate headcount for the reception.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd like to invite you to dress your best for our special day! We kindly request formal attire to celebrate the evening. Gentlemen: dark suit and tie. Ladies: long dresses or evening gowns are encouraged, though a tea-length dress is perfectly appropriate.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could invite everyone, our reception venue limits our ability to allow a plus one unless indicated on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invited children are indicated on the invitation.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Under the “Travel” tab, you’ll find two recommended hotel options for your stay. Both hotels include a reserved room block with a special discount available until June 10, 2026. Since hotel options in Magnolia are limited, we encourage you to book early and select accommodations that you are comfortable with in terms of distance from the venue. Of course, you are welcome to make other arrangements if you prefer.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held indoors.

Question

Rideshare, Lyft, and Uber

Answer

Rideshare services are readily available in the area for transportation to and from the venue. If you choose to drive yourself, you are welcome to leave your vehicle parked on-site overnight and arrange a ride home instead. Our venue asks that all vehicles be picked up the following morning.

Question

What time will the reception conclude?

Answer

The wedding send-off is scheduled for 11:00 p.m., marking the conclusion of the reception. We would be delighted for you to join us through the end of the evening as we celebrate our farewell. When submitting your RSVP, please be sure to respond accurately for each event. We completely understand Monday morning obligations, and having precise responses will help us ensure an accurate headcount for the reception.

Question

What time will dinner be served?

Answer

We will begin releasing tables for buffet service at 7:15 p.m. following cocktail hour. Please note that hors d’oeuvres will not be provided during cocktail hour, so we kindly encourage guests to plan accordingly and look forward to the full meal served at dinner.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registries with Zola, Amazon, Etsy, and Anthropologie can be found under the “Registry” tab above.

Question

If I bring my invited child and they become restless during the ceremony, will there be a place to step out discreetly?

Answer

Yes, if your invited child becomes restless during the ceremony, you are welcome to step just outside the main doors, where there will be space to settle. For guests bringing a child of any age, we kindly ask that you select a seat along the outer aisles (by the walls), rather than the center aisle used for the processional. This will allow for a discreet and respectful exit if needed.
