What is the dress code?

Answer

As lovers of colour, Eric and Brooke encourage guests wear colourful attire! Pastels are especially welcome and highly encouraged as they will be the wedding colours. We kindly ask that men wear a suit and women wear a cocktail/semi-formal dress. As the ceremony will take place outdoors on the mountainside (weather permitting), we recommend avoiding stilettos.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Go to the RSVP tab on our wedding website and enter your first and last name. Select your name/party from the drop down menu and answer if you will attend the ceremony and dinner/reception. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies here.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Alcohol will be served after the ceremony ends. We will be having an open bar so please enjoy responsibly and plan your ride home.

Do we need to hike up the mountain?

Answer

No, thankfully there are two separate gondola stations that can bring guests up to the top of the mountain. Our wedding guests will receive a complimentary gondola pass. Please go to customer service or to the booth set up for our guests by the gondola to collect your passes. Please collect your passes by 4:15 to ensure you are on time for the ceremony.

Is there parking?

Answer

Grouse Mountain has paid parking lots at the base of the mountain. Daily rates are $12.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones dearly, due to strict guest limits our wedding will be an adult only event with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girl. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our strict guest limit at our venue, we are not able to accommodate plus ones.
