Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled.
Yes — semi-formal attire. Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so keep the weather and terrain in mind when choosing your shoes and outfit.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Meadows at Walnut Cove. After the conclusion of the ceremony, a cocktail hour will begin and the reception will follow.
The majority of the event will take place outdoors. There is a pavilion where dinner will be served and the reception will take place. The pavilion is a semi enclosed space. We recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket in case of unfavorable weather conditions.
