    The Happiest Day
    FAQs

FAQs

In summary, you'll have one night with your friend of choice and all of ours, at a beautiful venue, with limited cell service, unlimited booze, and no kids!
Question

Are we there yet?

Answer

If you are driving, be sure to type in Montaluce Winery and Restaurant, not Dahlonega Winery and Resort. It's about 20 minutes away and Cory learned the hard way that these two places are, in fact, not the same place. The address is: 501 Hightower Church Rd, Dahlonega, GA 30533

Question

Will I have cell service?

Answer

You'll have enough service to send a text or make a call, but don't expect to stream the big game out on site. Just make sure to send that text, make that call or put in those GPS coordinates BEFORE you leave the parking lot, otherwise you'll be flying blind for a few. If that happens, just keep driving until you find your way, that's what we did!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

YES! But it isn't all that strict. Guys, you might want to bring a suit coat but don't forget that it's September and white shirts are no good when wet. Ladies, think like every home makeover show on HGTV does, *light and airy*. You'll be in the sun, you'll be dancing, you'll be having the time of your life; so be sure to dress up for the gram but remember, this is fall in the south.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids. You love kids. Everyone loves kids. In fact, we love kids so much, that we put two of them to work in the wedding! But unless they're working, let's leave the little ones at home. The booze is free, the food is free, the venue is romantic, so let this be a mommy, daddy date on us and with our ~100 friends.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course! Please let us know of any allergies as soon as possible so we can work to accomodate!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a gravel lot for parking and thankfully a valet service! Trust me, you'll want to utilize the valet service when you see the hill you'll have to climb up to the venue. It's so steep a cube would roll down it.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Just please, let us know if you plan to have a plus one when you RVSP so you don't have to share a plate!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Before Brooke walks down the aisle. But seriously, the ceremony starts at 5:30 but shoot to leave 15 minutes earlier than your GPS tells you to. This will give you more than enough time to get lost on the way there, just enough time to get a drink when you arrive at the venue and almost enough time to catch all of the breathtaking views.
