COVID Safety

Both the Wedding and the Reception will be outdoors However, to ensure safety amongst our guests, we are requiring that each person have a negative COVID test within 24 hours of the first event they attend. For example, if your first event is the Welcome Drinks, you need to take your test at some point within the 24 hours prior to your arrival at the Welcome Drinks. If your first event is the Wedding, you need to take your test at some point within the 24 hours prior to your arrival at the Wedding. At-home tests are fine. ********To our out of town guests: We recommend that you test before getting on your flight in addition to 24 hours before your first event. This is to avoid any unpleasant surprises once already in DC. ********If you haven't already placed three orders for your household, you can order free at-home COVID test kits here: https://special.usps.com/testkits

Where should I stay?

Answer

First, head on over to our "Travel" tab to check out a few recommendations. Our venue is in Capitol Hill and we would recommend staying nearby. If you choose not to stay around there, we recommend you keep North of the Anacostia River.

While we love your kids, we are only inviting the few that are in our immediate family.

What is DC weather like in June?

Answer

Who knows!? Will it be sunny? Will it rain? Will it be humid? This is a fun game that no one likes to play. What we do know is, it will be warm. Luckily, our venue has outdoor air conditioning. Because that is apparently a thing. #Bless
