How do I get a discounted hotel room at the venue?

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 28th - no later than March 1st. If you do not RSVP by March 1st - but show up to the wedding - please bring a chair... and a sandwich. =)

We do not have a registry.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 6pm. If you arrive late, please do not attempt to interrupt the ceremony. We will see you at 6:30 pm, once the ceremony is over and the Cocktail Hour begins.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love family, but our reception is from 7:30 to midnight and we would like to eat, drink and be merry - so the reception will be child-free. If you would like to discuss - please call the bride or groom.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you would like to stay at the venue - the Crowne Plaza is offering discounted rates on rooms until they are no longer available. In order to make a reservation for a discounted room - please contact Angelica Finklea at (404) 464-4828 or email her at Angelica.Finklea@CPAtlantaMidtown.com If you are not interested in staying at the venue - there are many other hotels nearby in the Midtown Atlanta area and Staybridge Suites is also attached to our venue.

I am a vegetarian, will you have a dinner option for me?

Answer

Yes. If you do not eat chicken, please let us know that you require the vegetarian option. Unfortunately, there is no vegan option, as the vegetarian meal includes cheese.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you can self-park or valet the night of the event.
