Low rides are not a vibe on the R355 but its not impossible. The R355 is a very well-maintained dirt road, but it's still a dirt-road. There are bumps & holes to avoid. You do not need a 4x4 vehicle to be comfortable, any car with good ground clearance will be fine, so do not fear if you have a crossover/compact SUV type vehicle.
Tankwa Tented Camp does have some cabins and glamping tents which have been allocated to family and our bridal party (you will be informed if accommodation has been allocated to you). For the rest of our beloved guests we will set up stretch tents for shade where you can pitch your own tent, or you can hire a tent with a bed and bedding from the venue, please reach out if you'd like to book one of these dome tents.

We don't want the venue to be stuck with a bunch of trash so we will ask our guests to reduce their waste and take as much back with you as you can (obviously if you're flying we understand that's not possible, leave unnecessary plastic at home, avoid glitter/sequins and any other clothing items that may litter.
You can bring a couple of drinks to have at your camp but we ask that you make use of the cash bar during our events at OnverklaarBar on Friday and Saturday evening. There is card facilities on site and the bar is stocked with all the lekker things!
