Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the wedding venue (AC) hotel has an attached garage (entrance around to the right side), and there's street parking and other garages nearby. NOTE: hotel is sold out and parking may be limited!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you're staying at Homewood Suites, there is a private shuttle between the two hotels (to the AC Hotel wedding venue and back). Please check w/ Bronwyn or Blake if questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

6:45 pm at the latest...it starts at 7 pm sharp! Remember it'll be hot on the patio...we'll have shade, water, and sunscreen, but dress accordingly!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Sure, if you like! Think "rocktail": cocktail attire for a rock show. Dark blues, purples, and blacks would be fun, but no pressure. Remember it'll be hot, especially out on the patio, so plan accordingly!

We're limited on space...sadly! Please check in with one of us first to see if we can accommodate.

Are kids included?

This one is for the grown-ups! The reception is a late, loud rock show...so as much we love kids, this is an adult-only event (with the exception of bridal party/immediate family, and littles will go home after the ceremony). Thanks for understanding...we hope this'll be a chance for you to let your hair down and have fun!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

There will be an open house at Chez BazMoto the next day, Sat Aug 25th, 12-3 pm. If you'll still be in town and want to come by, please do! Brunchy items and beverages provided. Kids welcome. Please RSVP/message Bronwyn or Blake for further details.
