Break out your best dancing shoes, karaoke chops, and champagne...we're getting married!

Our story: Bronwyn and Blake met when Bronwyn was singing at a musical theater piano bar at Corkscrew Wine Bar in SE Portland in May 2018, when she asked to sit at his table next to the stage just before performing (Bill, from Showboat). Blake introduced himself afterward, and they talked just long enough to find out they both had cover bands! They were Facebook friends for the next 4.5 years until Bronwyn came back from her travels and finally came out to see Blake's band (the Nu Wavers) perform. It was love at first sound when Blake started singing Another One Bites the Dust (Queen). They went out for birthday karaoke the next week, on August 24th, 2022, (their birthdays are 4 days apart), and have been together (as a couple, and performing) ever since.
