Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 16th so we can finalize our plans. You can do so here on our website under the 'RSVP' tab or reach out to us by calling or texting. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

When is check-in at the hotel?

Answer

Check-in begins at 3 PM, but the hotel does their best to prioritize wedding guests by preparing rooms early and limiting late check-outs. While early check-in isn’t guaranteed, they’ll accommodate as many requests as possible.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have shuttles running between the Best Western Plus in Oswego and the venue. Shuttle times will be available at the hotel. It takes 15 minutes to get to the venue from the hotel. Be sure to check when you arrive so you don’t miss the pickups! Last shuttle to arrive on time for the ceremony will pick up at 3:30pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you’re driving in, there’s plenty of parking on-site. If you need accommodations, we have hotel block info under the 'Hotels' tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, so we recommend arriving at least 15–30 minutes early to get settled and enjoy the view. If you’re taking the shuttle, be sure to check the schedule at your hotel to catch the right pickup time.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will exchange our vows outdoors, but the reception will move indoors after the ceremony. If the weather has other plans, we’ll have a backup plan in place, but fingers crossed for a beautiful day!
