We will be having a Catholic wedding ceremony followed by a gap of time before the reception. Feel free to explore Beacon after the ceremony or return to your hotel to freshen up or check in if you haven't yet before the party starts! For our guests who arrived upstate without a car, a bus will depart for St. Joachim at the following times from our Fishkill hotels and return to the hotels afterwards: Hilton Garden Inn: 2:15 PM Hyatt House: 2:25 PM Residence Inn: 2:35 PM

Cocktails, dinner, and dancing! We can't wait to share our evening with you. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Buses for all reception guests will depart promptly from each hotel at the below times: Hilton Garden Inn: 4:45 PM Hyatt House: 4:55 PM Residence Inn: 5:05 PM Holiday Inn: 5:45 PM After the reception, buses will depart at 11:00 PM as well as 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM for those enjoying the afterparty.
