We’ve reserved a room block at Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, for Friday and Saturday night, and we’d love for our guests to stay with us. Please note that the room block requires a two-night stay. We encourage you to book both nights using the link below. Monarch is approximately 30 minutes from the wedding venue in Evergreen. Wedding-day transportation will be provided, with shuttles running from Monarch to the venue and returning to Monarch after the celebration. In addition to Monarch, there are several other hotels located within a 1–5 minute walk, offering additional lodging options. Guests staying nearby are welcome to walk to Monarch to access the wedding shuttle transportation.

Denver International Airport to Blackhawk

Black Hawk is located about 1 hour from Denver International Airport (DEN) in the mountains west of Denver. Please see below for transportation options from the airport to Black Hawk. Uber / Lyft: Rideshare services are available from Denver International Airport and can take you directly to Black Hawk. While rides are usually easy to find from the airport, availability in Black Hawk can be more limited. Guests planning to use rideshare for their return trip to the airport may want to schedule their ride in advance. Rental Car: Rental cars are available at the airport if you’d like the flexibility to explore Colorado during your stay. The drive to Black Hawk takes about an hour and follows I-70 west from Denver with beautiful mountain views along the way. Train + Shuttle: Please note, there is no direct shuttle from the airport or Downtown Denver to Black Hawk. Guests can take public transit or rideshare part of the way to reach one of the Casino Shuttle pickup location in Arvada, Lakewood, or Aurora. Shuttles run to and from Black Hawk, and tickets and schedules are available at www.casinoshuttle.com.
