Please RSVP by May 1, 2025.
Please arrive to the venue between 2pm and 2:15pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm.
You will need to find your own transportation to the venue for 2pm but transportation will be provided back to the city after the reception. Please RSVP for the bus if you need it.
Parking for up to 30 vehicles is available and in the interest of safe driving, vehicles may be left overnight. Vehicles left on-site overnight must be retrieved between 9am-11am the next morning. RV’s and campers are not permitted to stay overnight.
Our wedding will be semi-formal. For those interested, think Forest Fairytale. As we are in the beautiful West Coast scenery, the neons and extreme high heels are best left at home. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing the wedding party color of terracotta.
Please see the travel section for hotel recommendations.
If your invitation did not include a plus-one please do not make it awkward and bring a guest who we will have to send home.
Unfortunately, other than a couple of extreme exceptions for close family, this will be a child free event.
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but if you still wish to contribute to our home/honeymoon fund, there will be a card box to do so at the reception.
Our ceremony will be unplugged, so please turn your phones off before entering the forest area. Our professional photographer will capture all our precious moments and we promise to share them with everyone after!
There will be an open bar for cider only. Sodas, lemonades, coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks are free of charge. If you would prefer beer, wine, or cocktails, the bar accepts cash/debit/credit.
We will be gathering at The Canadian Brewhouse and Grill - Rooftop Patio (at Uptown, Victoria) around 10:30 for late night drinks and chats. We have a bus available for guests from Seacider to the Brewhouse, leaving the venue at 10pm. Please add the after party in your RSVP if you are planning on coming.
