When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP deadline is May 15th. Please RSVP online through our website.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and Amazon.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. i.e. - cocktail dresses, a suit and tie or a sports coat.

How soon before the wedding should I send a gift?

Answer

It would be ideal for EACH guest to send a gift no later than two (2) weeks before the wedding day in case there are shipping or delay issues. However, the couple will also gladly accept gifts the day of the wedding, and there will be a gift table available for day-of gifts.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at Eden Gardens in Moorpark, CA.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, but there will be plenty of shady spots available.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather is usually sunny, between 75-80 degrees during this time of year.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Picture taking is NOT permitted during the ceremony, however it is welcomed at the reception. We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media — our only request is that our wedding hashtags #AisleGoWithDunlap and/or #DestinationDunlap2021 are included for each photo so we can keep track of all of your awesome pictures!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, indeed!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those on the guest list.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know by May 15th and RSVP “no” online, so we can plan accordingly.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, Italian-inspired food will be served buffet style.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Each guest will receive three (3) complimentary drink tickets. One for the bride & groom’s signature drink and two for the drinks of your choice.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive promptly at the specified time on the wedding invitation to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and available at the venue. Security will direct guests to the parking lot.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (21+) event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! For hotel block details please refer to the “Travel” tab.

Will they be live-streaming the ceremony?

Answer

Live-streaming will not be available.

Will Covid precautions be implemented?

Answer

Yes, Covid precautions include: - Temperature screening for each attendee upon arrival - Hand sanitizing stations and extra masks available - Guests will be required to wear masks except when eating - Seating arrangements for the ceremony and reception with social distancing in mind - PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE GUESTS AND YOURSELVES BY GETTING VACCINATED, AND/OR GETTING TESTED FOR COVID A WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OR COME INTO CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO IS COVID POSITIVE WITHIN ONE (1) MONTH BEFORE THE WEDDING, PLEASE STAY HOME UNLESS YOU TEST NEGATIVE ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING.
